Job Responsibilities and QualificationsWe are looking for a Dietician who will provide expert leadership to ensure that all patients receive high-quality and efficient nutritional care. Our collaborative team is eager to welcome a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on nutritional assessments and available resources.
- Evaluate nutritional care and ensure continuity of care through follow-up.
- Educate patients and families on nutritional principles, dietary choices, and food economics, tailoring educational plans to individual lifestyles.
- Consult with community organizations to promote health and nutrition.
- Participate in professional development and educational initiatives for staff.
Qualifications:

- One to two years of relevant experience or training preferred; specialized training in age-specific care is a plus.
