This Bench position will provide strategic support to new and existing accounts in K-12 or higher education settings.
Travel is required and can be significant, including overnights. Ideal candidates will be open to relocating.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitors workflow and quality of work to ensure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility standards and regulations.
- Prepares and manages departmental budgets, including utility energy savings programs.
- Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
- Successfully builds and maintains effective client relationships.
- Monitors work performance and prepares performance evaluations for personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience at the Director or Assistant Director level.
- Experience in construction management is preferred.
