Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team at RSM US LLP. As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional tax services to our clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleAs a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert tax advice to clients on a wide range of tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy resolution.
- Leading and managing client engagements, including planning and executing tax strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and a CPA license in good standing.
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on taxation, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in entity taxation, individual taxation, and fiduciary taxation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior leadership.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a strong focus on teamwork and business development.
