Job Overview

SHIFT: 7pm - 7am / 4 On 4 Off

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Responding to all incoming communications from drivers regarding maintenance concerns and documenting information in the computer system.
  • Assessing the necessity of repairs and coordinating with vendors to facilitate required maintenance.
  • Issuing purchase orders for vendor payments.
  • Maintaining communication with drivers through satellite systems.
  • Processing vendor invoices efficiently.
  • Providing support to the department manager as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills: Training will be provided on the specific computer system; ability to type is essential.
  • Telephone skills: Training will be provided for the phone system; effective communication with vendors and truck drivers is required.
  • Experience in maintenance is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work various shifts as required.
