We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team at HASELWOOD AUTO GROUP. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless service appointments.
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
- Master and follow all training materials, including inbound service call guides and Strategic Responses, to accurately answer customer questions.
- Stay up-to-date with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
- Use the Blueprint Knowledge Drive to search for answers to customer questions before transferring calls to Service Advisors.
- Follow all guiding principles for the auto group and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators for client service.
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- One (1) year of retail sales, clerical, or related experience.
- Intermediate computer experience with MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive base pay $17 - $25 per hour plus bonus incentives.
- Weekly pay.
- 401K with employer match up to 50% of 5%.
- Medical, Dental, Life & Vision Insurance starting first of the month upon hire.
- 1 week of Paid Vacation after 6 months of employment.
- Sick Leave that is accrued at the rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
