About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide - CNA to provide essential one-on-one care to individuals in the home care setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your CNA - HHA skillset while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks, including basic hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other health-related tasks.
  • Perform home management tasks such as basic housekeeping, shopping, and other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide, if required by state licensure.
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
