Key Responsibilities- Assist Profit Formula Financial Advisors with sales, service, and operational activities, including providing top-notch service to clients via phone, in-person, and written correspondence.
- Facilitate requests from Profit Formula Financial Advisors and clients for account-related information and quotes, schedule appointments, and prepare for client meetings.
- Execute various administrative tasks, such as tracking referrals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining files to meet regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison for referral sources, reviewing paperwork for completeness and forwarding to management as needed.
- Utilize your experience as a Client Associate to anticipate and proactively resolve client and business-related issues.
- Demonstrate seasoned judgment and professionalism when handling complex clients.
- Provide knowledge and systems support to branch personnel and training for entry-level Client Associates.
- 4+ years of experience in brokerage and client services, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Desired qualifications include brokerage client support experience, financial services industry experience, administrative support experience, and experience interacting directly with customers.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic and complex environment.
