Job Title: RN - Pre Operation

At All Medical Personnel, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Pre Operation to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced RN - Pre Operation to provide high-quality patient care and ensure a smooth surgical experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients pre-operatively to identify potential risks and develop a plan to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients are prepared for surgery.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Manage patient pain and discomfort during recovery.
  • Monitor patients' conditions during and after surgery.
  • Document patient information and communicate with the healthcare team as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in pre-operative care.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification.
  • Current state nursing license.
  • IV skills required.
  • Travel experience a plus.
