Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient demographic, including adults and children.
- Design and implement customized therapeutic exercise programs.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
- Establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process and strategies for maintaining health and wellness.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Physical Therapy license (or active Physical Therapist Licensed Applicant status) in the state of California.
- Strong dedication to personalized patient care and manual therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for serving the local community and enhancing patient health and well-being.
