Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Therapy Partners Group. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality individualized care to patients with orthopedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations.
- Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid state license.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
- Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
- Help patients regain control of their lives and independence.
- Create an environment and culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- Graduate/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience not required but considered.
- Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure), certification, or registration (per state requirements) current and in good standing.
