- Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in CNC programming, manufacturing automation, and lean principles.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM software.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
