Key Responsibilities- Obtain and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Schedule radiology procedures efficiently and effectively
- Manage medical records and maintain confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients and healthcare providers
- Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve financial, clinical, and service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health records
- 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience
