Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist with CenterWell Home Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Evaluating patients' speech and language abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.
  2. Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, either in their homes or in our facilities, to help them improve their communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and support.
  4. Documenting patient progress and communicating with patients' families and caregivers to ensure that they are informed and engaged in the treatment process.
  5. Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and research in speech-language pathology.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  1. Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  2. Be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  3. Have at least six months of experience as a speech therapist or speech-language pathologist, with a focus on home health care.
  4. Be licensed to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state where you will be working.
  5. Have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $76,800 - $105,800, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
