Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist Level III to join our team at Elmhurst Hospital Center. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiological services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the delivery of radiological services, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Recommend changes and improvements to enhance the delivery of radiological services.
  • Develop and implement training programs for radiographic personnel, ancillary staff, and allied healthcare professionals.
  • Perform specialized imaging procedures, including diagnostic and interventional radiography.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including equipment maintenance and supply procurement.
  • Represent the department in interdepartmental operations and meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid license and current registration to practice Diagnostic Radiography as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the NYSDOH.
  • Two years of Radiologic Technologist experience, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Advanced-level certification for specialized imaging procedures.
