Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, utilizing clinical reasoning skills and standard techniques.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and assessments to determine patient needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, durable medical equipment, and other interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians to order imaging and other diagnostic tests, and assist with office procedures such as MSK ultrasound assessments and joint injections.
- Provide education and support to patients, including pre- and post-operative care, and communicate effectively with providers and other healthcare team members.
- Manage patient records, including filing dictation and test results, and update medical records as necessary.
- NATA-BOC Certification
- State of Wisconsin Licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent teamwork skills
This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, with occasional exposure to noise and hazards. The successful candidate will be able to hear whispers from 3-8 feet away and have excellent color discrimination and near vision.
