About the Role

The Route Sales Representative is a key position at Frito-Lay, responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores. As a member of our sales team, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Sell Products: Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, and merchandise product to meet customer needs.
  • Partner with Store Managers: Work closely with store managers to increase sales, promote new products, and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
  • Manage Orders and Records: Order products, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records throughout the day.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, promoting new products, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Driver's License: Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Lifting Ability: Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Physical Certification: Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
