Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accurate flow of documentation
  • Examine vehicle transactions for precision and completeness
  • Coordinate inventory schedules with management
  • Reconcile financial records
  • Process paperwork efficiently
  • Record new and used vehicle transactions in accounting systems
  • Claim manufacturer rebates
  • Facilitate dealer trades
  • Handle wholesale transactions
  • Post accounting entries related to vehicle sales and wholesale activities

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
