Unit Manager/Director - RN Job Description

West Reading Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the nursing team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
