Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Healthcare Technology Management team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing cybersecurity programs to protect our clients' sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and monitor cybersecurity incidents, including responding to and resolving security breaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, and recommend new solutions to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on healthcare technology management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
