We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Education Evaluator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in evaluating programs' practices and providing invaluable insights for continuous improvement and excellence in early childhood programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain certification in assessment tools to ensure accurate program practice measurements.
  • Conduct thorough observations in classrooms or homes using standardized tools to gather critical data.
  • Document observations accurately in writing, utilizing approved report writing templates to create detailed assessment reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Development, social services, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience working as a teacher, trainer, or primary care provider in an early care and education setting with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
  • Previous experience with administering standardized tools is preferred.
  • Experience as a childcare director is preferred.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Reliable transportation and proof of current auto insurance are required.
