Job Title: Embedded Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Developer to join our team at Orscheln Industries. As an Embedded Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting embedded software and testing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop embedded software using C/C++ and Python
  • Work with customers to develop design requirements
  • Perform system- and sub-system-level safety analyses
  • Troubleshoot and debug embedded hardware and software
  • Support systems engineers and hardware engineers during the bring-up, debug, and low-level testing of hardware systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
  • Strong knowledge of C/C++ and Python programming languages
  • Experience with CAN and SAE J1939
  • Ability to work in a team environment
