About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Malden, Massachusetts. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with psychiatric conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse licensure required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
  • A minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatric experience required.
  • Ability to work compassionately with individuals experiencing behavioral health issues.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage stress.
