Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliations and positive pay uploads
  • Handle positive pay exceptions and RFRs
  • Address unclaimed property and accounts payable
  • Record fixed assets and track utilities
  • Upload payroll data to our accounting system
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English; reading, writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, residents, family members, and outside contacts
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to make professional decisions
  • Patient, tactful, and cheerful disposition; ability to work in a collegial fashion
  • Ability to seek out new methods and incorporate them into existing practices
  • Prompt, dependable, and able to perform duties on a regular, predictable basis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
  • Professional level communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software
  • Able to organize information and report results from multiple inputs
  • Able to work with confidential financial and Human Resources information
