Multisystemic Therapist

Are you passionate about creating positive change in the lives of children and families? We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our team at MiSide Community Impact Network in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.

As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will work holistically with families, youth, and their communities to implement the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model. You will empower families to address problematic behaviors and help their youth make life-transforming changes.

• Conduct MST assessments, including reviewing referral information, identifying key participants, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context.
• Provide home-based services to youth and their families, addressing delinquent activities and anti-social behavior.
• Develop and implement interventions within and between systems in the youth's natural ecology, affecting or influencing their behavior.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited school.
• One year of experience and training in examining, evaluating, and treating minors and their families.
• Direct use of pragmatic family therapies.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Active State of Michigan professional license (LP, LLP, LPC, LLPC, LMSW, LLMSW).
• Maintenance of 24-hour Child-Specific Training hours annually for CMHP Credentialing.
• Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

• $52,000 to $58,000 annually (Full-Time/Union).
