Medical Director Opportunity in Ambulatory Care

The Inline Group is seeking an experienced Physician to join our team as a Medical Director in Pediatrics. Located in Massachusetts, this opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding role for a dedicated professional.
About the RoleThis Full Time position involves working with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and management of patients with varying needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations.
Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 per annum, plus annual bonuses up to $20,000.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, earned time policy, Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), and short- and long-term disability coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pediatric medicine
- Current MA medical and prescribing license
- DEA certification
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
