Salary:
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $96,000 to $137,000 per year, with opportunities for bilingual individuals to receive up to a 10% salary increase. Additionally, annual bonuses of up to $20,000 are offered. The total estimated salary for this position is approximately $122,000-$157,000 per year.
Job Description:
This Full-Time Physician Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to work in an ambulatory family practice setting, providing direct care and education to patients while ensuring continuity and quality of care. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will co-manage primary care and have the ability to develop your clinical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must be eligible for or already hold an active Massachusetts license as a Physician Assistant. A current Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA certification are also required. Fluency in Spanish is essential, with proficiency in Portuguese being a desirable asset. Experience with the Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
