Job Summary

The Landings Club, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clubhouses, common areas, and other facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including offices, reception, breakrooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and storage areas.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled, including stripping and waxing floors, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all areas are properly equipped.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any maintenance needs, safety issues, or other concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as a team with other departmental employees to ensure that all areas are properly maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One or more years of cleaning, custodial, or janitorial experience required.
  • Skills: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written direction, work effectively as a team, and operate standard cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk 80% of shift, lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical demands as required.
