As a Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist, you will play a critical role in the administration and delivery of various outpatient services, including full and half-day neuropsychological evaluations of patients with a range of neurologic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of patients with mild to severe brain injury, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Review medical records, educational history, and psychological information to integrate with assessment results and produce written reports.
  • Provide direct patient care through administration, scoring, and interpretation of neuropsychological measures.
  • Conduct feedback visits with patients and their family members to provide recommendations and offer additional clinical services, as indicated.
  • Communicate with referring physicians and other members of the team on behalf of patients.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology (or closely related field).
  • APA-approved clinical psychology internship.
  • Two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Neuropsychology that complies with the training guidelines of Division 40 and Division 22 of the American Psychological Association (APA).
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience, experience and training in rehabilitation psychology, active psychology license in the state of Maryland, and board certification eligible in either Clinical Neuropsychology or Rehabilitation Psychology.
