- Adverse Drug Event Management: Participate in the established process for assessing, managing, and reporting adverse drug events.
- Medical Emergencies: Participate in the management of medical emergencies.
- Medication-Use Policies: Assume responsibility for adherence to medication-use policies and guidelines.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively to fulfill practice responsibilities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements for the practice setting.
- Current Pharmacist License: Current pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
- PharmD or Equivalent: Bachelor of Arts or Science or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy or equivalent is required.
- Oncology Experience: Previous oncology experience is preferred.
- PGY1 and PGY2 in Oncology: PGY1 and PGY2 in oncology are preferred.
