Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treasury Management Support Specialist to join our team at Prosperity Bank. As a key member of our Treasury Management department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with cash management products and services, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure accurate and timely completion of internal paperwork and agreements.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on business entity documentation and prepare reports as needed.
  • Communication: Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Treasury Management staff, internal departments, and banking centers to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience.
  • Skills: Accurate and attentive to detail, well-organized, ability to assist others, strong communication skills, and regular attendance.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
