We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our One Day Surgery team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our surgical services.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other care team members to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, and model a commitment to our organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Graduate of a school of nursing with a current RN license in the state(s) of practice.
- BSN preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a surgical or critical care setting.
- BLS (American Heart Association) and PALS certification required.
