Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will be responsible for assessing, troubleshooting, and making sound recommendations in stressful situations. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to listen and communicate effectively with patients and teammates, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, and basic computer skills. Experience in intensive care, critical care, emergency room, or medical surgical settings is a plus. We also value Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications.
