Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiology team at CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic of Arkansas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and educate patients about their heart condition.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and assisting with procedures under physician supervision.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, medical records, and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards (OSHA, Infection Control, Fire Safety) to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service by building positive relationships and addressing patient needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Practical Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire)
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Previous experience in Cardiology is preferred, but not required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association is required
