We are seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Rebecca Sanford - State Farm Agent. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while also driving sales growth through proactive marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet minimum monthly sales quotas to receive full bonus.

Requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Desire to grow and help others.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Technology skills are a must as several software systems are used daily.
  • Organizational skills are necessary.
  • Strong morals and ethics.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to adapt to industry updates and changes.
  • Must be licensed in the State of AZ with a producers license in Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance.
