Purchasing Representative

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

SIGOOK is a leading provider of staffing solutions seeking an experienced Purchasing Representative to manage the procurement of parts and supplies. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (Sage300) preferable.

The Purchasing Representative will be responsible for sourcing and procuring HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies from approved vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize cost savings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement processes.

The successful candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and technicians to identify project procurement needs, maintaining inventory levels to meet client demands, and analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to improve purchasing strategies.
