Job Title: Purchasing Representative

As a Purchasing Representative with SIGOOK, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of parts and supplies to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency. Our client is a leading provider of industrial and construction supplies seeking an experienced professional to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with a proven track record of negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to optimize cost savings. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software, such as Sage300, is highly desirable.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to identify project procurement needs and maintain inventory levels to meet client demands. Your excellent negotiation and communication skills will enable you to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

In this role, you will also analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve purchasing strategies, prepare purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field/BA (preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in Purchasing or procurement, preferably in the HVAC or plumbing industry
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and parts
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (Sage300) preferable
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
