Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients at each assigned account and acting as the company representative.
  • Collecting insights from various divisions, key account teams, vendors, and category managers.
  • Maintaining daily communication with management and reporting customer issues.
  • Identifying and minimizing out-of-stock situations on shelves.
  • Ensuring product freshness and compliance with date code standards.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Upholding plan-o-gram standards, marketing best practices, and compliance within retail environments.
  • Spotting display opportunities and optimizing display placements.
  • Guaranteeing that products are accurately displayed, priced, and labeled.
  • Providing solutions to potential customer challenges with support.
  • Executing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Responsible for placing orders at customer sites when coverage is necessary.
  • Assisting with merchandising efforts at existing or new customer locations as required.

Required Qualifications:

Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations using personal transportation (reimbursement for mileage and fuel will be provided).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize store plan-o-gram and set instructions.
  • Capability to learn to operate handheld inventory devices, calculators, and computers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Competence in performing mathematical calculations.

Physical Requirements:

Physical capability to lift, unload, and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally, push loads of up to 50 lbs., and maneuver a dolly loaded with up to 250 lbs. Ability to navigate loaded hand carts over various surfaces and inclines. Frequent standing and walking are required, along with the ability to drive for extended periods. Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. Exposure to diverse environmental conditions, including weather, temperature, lighting, and noise, may occur based on the assigned territory.
