Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients who require specialized nursing services. As a private duty nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
