Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAPA Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our Patient Safety and Quality organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading cross-functional teams in driving CAPA activities from issue identification to closure.

In this role, you will manage project timelines, ensure deliverables, and mentor high-performing quality teams. You will also analyze quality monitoring data sources, apply statistical techniques, and work with management to ensure CAPA action plans can be supported.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) in a FDA-regulated medical device/product environment. If you have a minimum of 8 years' experience in CAPA, strong knowledge of global regulations, and excellent project management skills, we encourage you to apply.
