Electrical Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program PLCs, HMIs, and Drives: Develop and implement cutting-edge control systems that drive our advanced machinery forward.
  • In-House Start-Up: Oversee the start-up of drive and control systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Field Service: Travel across the USA and overseas, conducting start-ups and servicing our equipment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Allen-Bradley PLCs and Drives: Hands-on experience with programming and troubleshooting, with a deep understanding of unwinder and winder machinery functionality.
  • Web Tension Control: A strong grasp of servo drive and HMI programming, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
