Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Medical Information
  • Familiarity with PhRMA code regulations, industry standards, and operational requirements.
  • Ability to manage metrics and data reports for the Medical Review Committee and HCP Arrangement Committee, collaborating with Medical Governance; creating presentations for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all Medical Affairs HCP interactions and pertinent activities in collaboration with relevant parties.
  • Assist in organizing governance submissions, Committee meetings, and recording decisions.
  • Support the enhancement of reporting capabilities, including relevant metrics that R&D Quality can develop to bolster Medical Governance operations.
  • Proactively identify trends affecting compliance and suggest monitoring and auditing strategies to evaluate these trends.
  • Facilitate ongoing monitoring and routine/ad hoc analysis and reporting.
