Geriatric Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join our team in the Kinston area. This role involves providing mental health services to residents within assisted living, long-term care, rehab, and skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Active licensure as an LCMHC in North Carolina.
- Experience working with older adults and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
