Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and yield standards
  • Supervise a team of personnel to ensure effective execution of production tasks
  • Conduct daily production order checks to ensure customer orders are fulfilled
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve production issues and improve processes
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of production data
Requirements
  • High school diploma; education beyond high school, including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses, is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication skills are essential
  • Supervisory experience and ability to motivate a team are critical
  • Travel may be required (1-5 trips per year)
