Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement processes and programs designed to maximize employee productivity, performance, and engagement.
- Identify skill or knowledge gaps among the organization's employee population and develop training content in response to identified training needs.
- Conduct needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather data describing organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and team interactions.
- Select training tools or training delivery mechanisms based on the material being taught and the audience being targeted.
- Implement interventions meant to address performance issues or gaps and monitor program progress to completion.
- Create and maintain course content, manuals, or other training materials.
- Coordinate guest trainers or subject matter experts.
- Assess the impact of training programs by measuring employee understanding of the subject matter.
- May assist with management or executive development programs.
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
The salary range for this position is $58,540-$92,650/year. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
