Construction Superintendent - Commercial & Multifamily

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement project plans and schedules
* Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
* Monitor production and record rates to inform future scheduling
* Maintain accurate records of project progress and issues
* Communicate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and other project team members
* Identify and report any field conditions or issues to the Superintendent

**Requirements**

* 5-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (or relevant experience)
* Commercial and/or Multifamily project experience required
* Ground up project experience preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and project team members
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* OSHA certification
