Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional cosmetic injectable treatments, following our brand-driven customer service training and injector training. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of active relevant aesthetic injectable experience, proficiency in FDA-approved cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and a strong understanding of social media and client engagement.

The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, and have a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and staff. They will also be open to learning new techniques and procedures, and have a cheerful and upbeat demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, following guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Conduct client consults and treatment plans
  • Leverage resources and tools provided by Alchemy 43 to enhance adoption of the Alchemy 43 branded experience
  • Educate clients on all offerings of Alchemy 43 via the client engagement script
  • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
  • Synergistically work with Alchemy 43 management, ownership, injectors, and support team
  • Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
  • Effectively utilize all IT systems, including Canfield Imaging Software, Patient EMR, client engagement software, and other equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of active relevant aesthetic injectable experience
  • Proficiency in FDA-approved cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • Local aesthetic client following and social media presence
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Up-to-date TX PA license
  • Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
  • High level of professionalism when interacting with clients and staff
  • Open to learning new techniques and procedures
  • Cheerful and upbeat demeanor

Pay

$150, $225,000.00 per year, including an uncapped bonus potential
