Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Leader to join our team at RH-USA Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading strategic research and development initiatives that enhance the quality of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Live Our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day, ensuring that our team is aligned with our company's mission and values.
- Deliver P&L Results in line with company expectations for revenue and operating income, driving business growth and profitability.
- Develop and Maintain Strong Protocols with regards to service standards, ensuring that our team provides exceptional customer service.
- Develop a Strong Hospitality Leadership Team to address and grow the business, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Directly Lead All Dining Room Associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
- Develop Strong Partnerships with leadership across the property, ensuring seamless integration of the restaurant within the broader guest experience.
- Mentor, Train, and Conduct In-the-Moment Coaching to develop teams and deliver sales, driving business results.
- Embrace Change and Deliver Top Results no matter the obstacle, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Foster and Maintain Open Communication between Dining Room and Kitchen Leaders and associates, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Multi-Task at a High Level, prioritizing among multiple complex daily priorities and driving results.
- 5+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to lead a hospitality team and own accountability for specific revenue goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail.
- Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
