Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers
  • Present financial solutions based on customer needs that meet their goals
  • Present customers with optional insurance products
  • Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
  • Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)

What We Offer:

A competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance, as well as a target base salary range of $18.00-$22.00, based on various factors including skills and work experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
