NASCAR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Technician Event Staff to join our team at Daytona International Speedway. As a key member of our Emergency Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our events and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in equipment inspection duties and fire preventative programs on property
  • Complete miscellaneous duties as needed within the Emergency Services Department
  • Assist with the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and fire protection systems
  • Perform quality work with deadlines with or without direct supervision
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal fire/safety regulations and codes
  • Good troubleshooting abilities and ability to work with others to facilitate project completion
  • Ability to project a professional company image through verbal and written communication
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
Work Environment

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 75 lbs. and on occasion lift and/or move objects weighing up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
