Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing accounts and communicate with clients on a regular basis to ensure their needs are met.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure prompt delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Discuss the features and benefits of various parts with customers to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Prospect for new customers and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Coordinate parts sales with the appropriate personnel to ensure seamless execution.
  • Advise counterperson on delivery instructions to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Assist in delivering and picking up parts and cores as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Participate in annual inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and optimize inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and product updates to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in all training programs made available to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM of all sales calls made and follow up on sales calls logged into CRM.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Parts computer management applications experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
  • Standing for long periods, kneeling, reaching, and team lifting up to 150 pounds.
